We are 100% committed to making you happy. Our goal is to make a product that truly reflects who you are and that you truly love! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 10-day unconditional returns and exchanges/refunds on all orders! If you’re out of the 10-day warranty, don’t worry! Our 12-month warranty gives us a one-time replacement for any defects within the time frame mentioned above.
How does the product warranty work?
We offer all members a 6-month warranty on JUEVES branded products purchased from our website/app, excluding screen protectors, camera lens protectors, skateboards and apparel. Within 12 months from the original purchase date, if you find your item is faulty, just contact us with a description outlining the problem and a photo/video clearly showing the defect, and a one-time replacement of the same product can be covered under warranty During the period, we are fully responsible for the expenses. If any defects are found, you can replace the same product one time free of charge. If your product is discontinued or out of stock, it may be replaced with a similar option. Except for JUEVES branded products, our warranty does not cover any devices (such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.). JUEVES reserves the right of final decision.
